June Roundtable this Thursday June 13th at 7pm

June Roundtable: We are combining with the boy scout leaders for a Dutch Oven Cookout. It will be June 13th at 7:00 pm at the Highland Heritage Park (east of MRJH). We will meet together during dinner then break away for a presentation on the History of the Flag. Bring a camp chair, notebook & pencil.

July Roundtable: We do have roundtable in July. It will be July 11th at 7:00 pm at our regular building (Hollowcrest Building, 10962 N 6400 W, Highland, UT).

August Roundtable: No Roundtable this month. Please attend the Cub Scout Leader Pow Wow

Alpine District Rendezvous

 

HEAR YE HEAR YE 

 The Alpine District First Rendezvous is ready to begin

JUNE  11,12,13,14   8am. to 3pm,  at 4800 W Knight Ave, Highland

 

We need YOU to come "watch the work" and see the magic of scouting in action.  The Order of the Arrow boys will be running the stations, we need adults there to watch over things to keep it safe and running smoothly.  The Den Leaders will be moving with the boys, doing most of the "hands on" things.   You may do a full day shift or half.  We especially need those with water safety skills, to watch over the lake activities.  We plan to have the boys out on the water as one of the stations. If you have life jackets, or friends who will let you use some please let us know! 

We need 15 people per day to act as helpers. Don't think that others will fill this need, YOU be the one to do it. You  may RSVP me by email or call for your best day and time,  It might be nice to gather your ward and stake and come in on a day together and have some fun in the sun!  If I don't hear from you I will be making calls  We really want to support this activity hoping it will be our District Day Camp each and every year.
