We did this cute little guy in Roundtable last week. To make him,
print out the PDF of the picture below, and cut out each shape. Trace onto the fun foam. Cut out the foam pieces, turn them over, and glue them together with a glue gun so you don't see the pen marks. Glue on 7mm size eyes, draw on the nose and mouth, add some glitter glue for a neckerchief slide, and add a flag if desired. Attach a section of PVC pipe to the back.

If you want wiggle eyes, the size I used was 7mm
