Sun September 2011 Cub Scout Neckerchief Slide

For September's Roundtable, we made these cute sun cub scout neckerchief slides.  I bought them on clearance from Oriental Trading, and they worked perfectly as neckerchief slides.  I used a PVC pipe slider for the back.
